Privacy policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

UrbiSense respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we process through this website and how you can exercise your rights. It is based on Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, for visitors in the European Union, on the GDPR.

1. Data controller

UrbiSense SARL, Morocco — contact@urbisense.com.

2. Data we collect

  • When you email us: your email address, your name and the information you choose to include in your message.
  • Technical data: like any website, our host may record connection data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) in server logs, for security and operation of the service.

The website has no contact form, no user account, no advertising and no audience-measurement tool. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

3. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies and does not use tracking technologies. If this changes, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested where required.

4. Purposes and legal basis

  • Replying to your requests and following up on business relationships — based on your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
  • Securing and operating the website — based on our legitimate interest.

5. Retention period

Email exchanges are kept for 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are kept by the host according to its own policy.

6. Recipients

Your data is intended solely for UrbiSense. It is never sold or rented. It may be processed by our technical providers (email service, hosting) strictly for the purposes above: Google Workspace (Google LLC) for email and Cloudflare, Inc. for website hosting and content delivery. These providers may store data outside Morocco, in particular in the United States or the European Union; in that case the transfer is carried out under the conditions set by Law No. 09-08.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data, and, under the GDPR, the rights to erasure, restriction and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@urbisense.com. We reply within 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP) — www.cndp.ma.

8. Security

The website is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect the data we receive against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
